3–6 players | Age 14+ | 15–30 minutes per round
A fast, social reasoning game that trains you to argue from multiple perspectives — and to recognise when others are doing the same.
Most games test what you know. ReasonQ tests how you think.
Each player secretly draws a Navigator card — one of the five PHISE reasoning lenses. A real-world Scenario card is revealed. You have 30 seconds to argue a position through your hidden lens — without naming it. The Facilitator judges the quality of reasoning, guesses which lens each player used, and awards points.
The game rewards logic, empathy and the ability to construct a convincing argument from an unfamiliar angle. Those are exactly the skills that matter in interviews, leadership roles, team decisions and professional life.
